Experis Technology Group Moves Large National Organization to Office 365

Experis Technology Group recently moved a large national organization from their internal Microsoft Exchange system to Office 365.  After interviewing the customer’s executive management as well as many users, it was decided that a cloud-based email solution was best suited for their current and future needs.

Experis analyzed six solution providers and with the decision criteria required by the customer, Microsoft 365 was selected.  Experis was then engaged to provide the migration services.  Experis, whose core belief is thorough planning, utilized their migration tools to complete the transition.  The customer was converted over a weekend with no users aware that they were now in the cloud; it was a seamless conversion.

The biggest benefit to the user of being in the cloud is their new availability of email from any type of device.  Migrating to the cloud for this organization not only decreased their costs significantly but also increased their reliability.
