Raymond Tuchman, Founder and CEO

Raymond Tuchman, founder of Experis Technology Group has over 25 years of experience in the information technology industry. He is a hands on leader with a goal of creating long-term relationships with clients as their trusted advisor; designing and implementing infrastructure environments. Many of the relationships span over 20 years.

As an entrepreneur, Raymond has had a very successful career – first with Digital Equipment Corporation, then when he founded EdgeMark Systems in 1992; growing the company to over 130 employees and $100 million in revenue in a few short years. He left EdgeMark Systems to start Experis Technology Group in 2000. He has been nominated twice for Ernst & Young’s Entrepreneur of the year.

Mr. Tuchman holds a degree in Business Management and Marketing from the University of Maryland.

Larry Sisle, Vice President, Sales

Larry Sisle is a Vice President of Sales for Experis Technology Group. He is experienced in sales for over 10 years. Prior to sales, Larry began his career in technical services and maintains his skills by working closely with our client’s IT management teams and staff. He has held senior IT positions at Integrated Health Services and Fannie Mae. Larry started his career as a systems engineer for Digital Equipment Corporation. He holds an MBA and a BS in Business Administration.

Dave Maxfield – Vice President, Professional Services

Dave Maxfield brings with him over 25 years of senior management/executive experience in the Telecommunications, Satellite Sytems and IT Industries. Prior to joining Experis, he was Vice President of IT Operations for Metrocall Wireless (now USA Mobility). Mr. Maxfield has also served as an executive/senior manager for such companies as American Mobile Satellite (now Motient), MCI and Satellite Business Systems.

At Metrocall Wireless, Dave designed and implemented a nationwide ATM network for the delivery of voice, data and customer paging traffic. He also managed all IT operations and development for the nation’s largest paging provider. Dave was responsible for Metrocall Wireless Information Technology acquisition implementation and managed the business’ multiple call center systems, CRM systems, e-commerce web systems, and business continuance planning.
